Video- I Dare You to Think Differently

Try Again

TRY AGAIN…I hear it deep in my spirit. I sense there are many who have stepped out in the past and dared to expose their hearts and their gifts to the world and have been deeply hurt as a result.

Here’s the important part for you to understand…..there was NOTHING wrong with you in those moments. The world just wasn’t ready to receive the glory of what you carry. They just didn’t see the gift you were and didn’t know how to care for it properly. In many cases they didn’t even know who they were in Christ so they couldn’t see anyone else in Him either.

He has been healing you and restoring those pieces of you that felt shattered upon the rocks at the shoreline of life. He has been restoring every part of you that went into hiding. He has been breathing new creative life into your very core restoring you back into who He originally created you to be.

I hear Him saying to step out and TRY AGAIN. It’s a different season and you are now a You that’s been infused and fortified by Him. As You emerge you will no longer be distracted by your enemies. Your heart and your eyes will be locked onto the One Your soul loves. You are fully His without rival. The opinions of man mean nothing to You now. The world needs you to be fully You. You (in Him) are more powerful than you could have ever imagined!

He has missions for you to go on and you will carry them out hand in hand with Him. You have been given keys to unlock things that have been locked until such a time as this! You have revelation to release! You have atmospheres to shift and captives to free!

It’s Your time to rise and shine! You are FREE to BE!!

A Message to the Disillusioned

God will never walk away from you. If there’s distance between you, it’s not Him who’s moved away.

We will see the results of this distance in the way we see, hear and speak. We will feel like a spectator in church, we will feel like we are performing during worship, we will see the standards that we’ve always kept in the way we treat people now become unreasonable expectations placed on us. The things we say will have a sarcastic or cynical tone to it. We see things through jaded eyes.

We have forgotten that we are loved. We are loved even in the wilderness when our hearts feel abandoned and cold.

Through hurt and disappointment, and without intentionally trying it, we can disengage our heart from the source of life. It is our not understanding the “why’s?” in life that flipped the switch.

He is right there with you in the hurt, anger and wondering. Look up and into His eyes. The eyes of true love. He’s waiting as long as it takes for you to understand He is the love that vanquishes fear, He is the hope that defeats depression and He is the life that never dies. He is the good guy in the story of your life.

He will lovingly help you to re engage your heart only this time it will be a heart to heart connection. Yours to His. Life will flow back into your spirit. You will be resuscitated with His breath and start living a life you’ve only dreamed about. All the cynicism will be washed away with a single kiss from Him.

Vessels of Honor

I was finishing up my schoolwork and today’s lesson had a major impact on me. Part of the teaching was on 2 Timothy 2:20-21 (AMP);

Now in a large house there are not only vessels and objects of gold and silver, but also vessels and objects of wood and of earthenware, and some are for honorable (noble, good) use and some for dishonorable (ignoble, common).  Therefore, if anyone cleanses himself from these things [which are dishonorable—disobedient, sinful], he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified [set apart for a special purpose and], useful to the Master, prepared for every good work.

I could hear the voice of God whisper….”I am calling forth My vessels of honor. These are those who have chosen the high road, to do the right thing, to go through the fire no matter how much it hurt. They have stood for righteousness even when nobody else knew about it. I knew about it. I saw the tears cried and I held their hand when they felt forsaken. I am calling them forth now to be filled to overflowing with my glory!”

There will be a purity from what flows out of these vessels and in what they see, hear and speak.  They will shine and sparkle with a radiance that is rare. It’s what He desires for all His children! It’s never too late to say YES to this call. He has made each one of us capable of being vessels of honor to carry His glory.

He leaves the choice up to us. The choice is between being that which is common and becoming that which is holy.

The question is whether we are willing to do our part and cleanse ourselves in the areas we have control over (lifestyle choices), and are we also willing to allow Him to refine, purify, and sanctify us in His holy refining fire?

It costs everything, but I know it will be worth it all.
